Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All refunds requests should be within 14 days of order date. Product must be returned to Sin City Games & More no later than 30 days from initial order date to be eligible for a refund. If product has been opened in anyway refund will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to a Sin City Games & More and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you open the product in anyway the product is no longer available for a refund. If you order the wrong product and would like to return the item for refund your order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Fee's

If you return an item using a prepaid method and the reason for return is not a result of a Sin City Games & More error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is the result of a Sin City Games & More error, we'll refund return shipping costs as well.
