Sin City Games Policies
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt (Monday-Friday). No orders will be processed on weekends or on recognized holidays, unless otherwise requested and approved by Sin City Games. Shipping is complimentary within the continental United States. Expedited shipping and shipping outside the United States are subject to a shipping charge.
All U.S. orders are shipped via ground. Items may arrive earlier than the timeframe indicated below or later if held up in transit. Note that transit delays, which are rare, are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
All refund or exchange requests should be within 14 days of the order date. Product must be returned to Sin City Games no later than 30 days from the initial order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any opened products will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, please return to Sin City Games and we will send a replacement as soon as possible. If you ordered the wrong product and would like to return the item for a refund, your order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Fees
If you return an item using a prepaid method and the reason is not due to a Sin City Games error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a Sin City Games error, we will refund the return shipping cost.
